Allen Realty, one of the oldest real estate firms in the state, is once again open to taking on some new management clients. Allen Realty primarily manages residential units in the Pike's Peak Region, but will help with your commercial property as well. We are currently experiencing a very low vacancy rate and have the staff in place to increase the number of units under management. Our main focus is the investor client who wants to increase his/her earnings, and holdings, through exchanging and sound investment.

Employing Broker Blake Allen has been licensed for over 30 years and has a management team in place that is accustomed to the day-to-day challenges of residential property management. Allen Realty's office is right off Manitou Ave in Manitou Springs, convenient for the tenants and clients, benefitting from additional exposure to the heavy foot traffic and visitors new to the area.
At Allen Realty we pride ourselves in keeping our management fees low to our clients because we know that the reason they are investing is to gain the benefits of increased wealth. Allen Realty will manage your property, whether it be one unit or dozens, for a fee of 10% of the gross rents received. If you don't make money, we don't make money. Our only additional fee is $100 for each new lease signing, so that we can provide an incentive to the agent to lease our property--an agent in our office or any licensee in the state. We believe we have the lowest fees in the marketplace as we do not charge any accounting fees or set-up fees or administrative fees or any mark-ups on vendors. We treat the investor like we like to be treated, and keep the landlord in mind with every step we take. We feel we must provide this service to our clients at a price and value that works for them, even though our competition charges more.
Sales and exchange transactions are the bulk of our business. Property management is a necessary component of any full service brokerage. While we do not ordinarily solicit this type of business, we feel that we provide a valuable service to any investor and no longer wish to limit ourselves to existing clients.
