We are currently accepting new property management clients!

        Allen Realty is one of the oldest real estate firms in the state, but we haven't always provided property management services. Employing broker Blake Allen (who has been licensed for over 30 years) decided to open up his and the Allen Realty team services to property management in ***. He chose to open up his services due to other companies charging obscure amounts and taking advantage of their clients. We truly believe that providing an economical management service is important to protecting our clients.

        At Allen Realty we pride ourselves in keeping our management fees low to our clients because we know that the reason they are investing is to gain the benefits of increased wealth. We believe we have the lowest fees in the marketplace as we do not charge any accounting fees, set-up fees, administrative fees or any mark-ups on vendors. We treat the investor the way we like to be treated and keep the landlord in mind with every step we take.

If you don’t make money, we don’t make money.

        The Allen Realty office is located right off of Manitou Avenue in Manitou Springs, a convenient location for tenants and clients. Our clients also benefit from our location as it gives additional exposure to heavy foot traffic and visitors new to the area.

        Allen Realty primarily manages residential units in the Pike's Peak Region, but we do have a few openings for commercial property as well.
